We are happy to announce that, after a long hiatus, we will be hosting a Homeowners Association meeting this year!  This is a wonderful opportunity for please us to come together to share updates and discuss important matters concerning our community.

We are planning the meeting for December 9th 7 PM – 7:40PM. This will be a virtual meeting.  

During the meeting, we will cover the following:

·         An overview of the current 2024 budget and year-to-date spending.

·         Details on our 2024 assessment collection.

·         An introduction to the 2025 budget along with expected 2025 assessment fee.

·         Updates on our current situation and the repairs on the retention basins.

·         Information about our new website and how it will be used to share information.

·         Open floor for your input, concerns, and suggestions
